The Crescent School
The Crescent School caters for students with intellectual disabilities in the 4 to 20 years of age group. Our school community enccompasses a wide geographical area centred on Goulburn as well as including outlying areas such as Crookwell, Gunning, Collector and Yass. The majority of our students have multiple disabilities and they range from physical and sensory to autism, ADHD and/or mental health disorders.
The programs and experiences we have been able to provide our students have been greatly enhanced by the ongoing support of volunteers and members of the local Goulburn community.
Some programs offered at The Crescent School include: Riding for the Disabled, Physio, OT and Speech Therapy, Augmentative Communication and Language, Literacy and Numeracy, Social Skills programs, Sensory Integration Progrmas, School to Work Programs, Vocational Educational Prgrams.
